Customer Service
Job Responsibility
- New customer credit evaluation and approval
- Receive Customer feedback, claims and solve the problem
- Follow up with customer overdue payment
- Maintain customer relationship by regular visit
- Support administrative about customer payment status
- Weekly and Monthly report of customer service cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of economics, marketing, business or administrative
- Spanish native speaker but English Speaking is MUST.
- Over 2 Years working experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills, proactive and rigorous attitude towards work
- Integrity, reliable and self-motivated
